This is a two tier 5 - 10 gallon batch size frame.
I have built a stand that has (2) 60,000 B.T.U burners and a 210,000 B.T.U burner for the boil kettle.
No other stand has on board electrical. Where are you brewing? On your patio or in your garage. So I built in a G.F.C.I protected plug on a 25 foot extension cord with a switch to run your pump. With my stand you can run a radio or charge your cell phone. Simple.
Check out the other stands available, you will not find a shelf on any of them. Seriously? Where do you set down your beer, your mash paddle and other stuff? With the other stands you can't even set down your beer !!
Portability is another issue I solved. My stand has wheels on the bottom. Simply pick up the end of the frame and roll it like a wheelbarrow, or, tip it on end on top of the wheels there. Roll it around that way. No scratches on the finish, store it upright in a 4 square foot footprint.
The bottom line is that here is a stand designed to work, ship or move cheaply.
A powder coated, heavy gauge, square tube frame with stainless steel pot supports, on board electrical and a high pressure, high heat gas/burner assembly with a shelf so you can set your beer down! And it rolls around and is capable of being stored in a 2 X 2 footprint or collapsed for storage, even in an apartment closet.
I guess it took a guy with a P.H.D from the school of hard knocks to design, build something that works, ships, stores and makes economic sense.
This Stand comes with all 3 burners, Shelf, Wheels, and Pump mount, and on-board Electrical and the gas Manifold.
